Attached to the First Markham Place shopping centre up in Markham, Cineplex's new 10-screen cinema plays first-run wide releases in SDDS, DTS and Dolby sound. All the auditoriums feature stadium-style seating, curved wall-to-wall screens and rocking seats.

All First Markham cinemas are wheelchair accessible and equipped for the hearing impaired. Tickets are discounted for Tuesday and matinee screenings and there's free parking.
